Piedmont Universal Design Bathroom Remodel

Winner of Southwest Coty and NorCal NARI awards. A charming 4-story 95-year-old home was ready for a Master Bathroom redo, incorporating the principles of Universal Design for beauty, safety, and convenience. We took the dark room down to the studs, raised the ceiling and relocated doorways for better maneuverability. New large picture windows extend from inside the shower and across the built-in storage bench, framing a spectacular SF Bay view. The Universal Design zero-barrier shower is tiled with hand cut Italian mosaics while the golden onyx backsplash and trim shimmers with sunny morning light.
