East Bay Hills Master Suite Remodel

Winner of a NorCal NARI Award and Southwest CotY Award. This light-filled Universal Design spa bath used to be a dreary, awkward bathroom. Keys to the transformation were newly engineered clerestory windows set into oversized Italian tiles on walls and ceiling, and a large zero-barrier steam shower with accessible seating that replaced the clunky tub. In the closet, three walls of custom maple built-ins replaced old dressers and hanging rods. The client wanted cool blue in the master bedroom, where sophisticated furniture, accessories and window-coverings complete the modern luxe feel.
